What's the difference between Founding and Standard?
Founding Members get a locked-in lifetime price ($29/mo Starter or $69/mo Growth) and a free first month. Standard pricing ($49/mo Starter or $99/mo Growth) is month-to-month and may change as we grow. Founding is limited to 10 total spots.
Can I upgrade from Founding Starter to Founding Growth later?
Yes. Use the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard to upgrade. Your locked-in Founding rate still applies — you'll move to the $69/mo Growth rate, not the Standard $99.
When does it start sending?
We set up your first campaign within 24 hours of payment. You'll get an email with next steps.
Can I bring my own prospect list?
Yes. All plans support CSV import up to 1,000 prospects per upload. You can also let Colder build the list for you.
What happens if I hit my lead limit?
Campaigns pause until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to Growth for more volume, or import your own leads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal before the next renewal and you won't be charged again.
