Teams

Counts are derived live from campaigns.team_id + campaigns.user_id + campaigns.status on the campaigns table, and campaign_emails.sent_at on the last 7 days. Member stats also include earned positive replies from campaign emails with replied_at and positive_reply_detected. Pending invites appear under the team and can be revoked or resent; they do not consume a seat yet.
