Complete onboarding
Head to /onboarding and fill in your ideal customer profile (industry, location, role). This is what the AI uses to draft every personalised email — the more specific you are here, the better the output. When you finish, you'll land on the dashboard with your ICP saved.

Find or import prospects
Two ways to build a list. Search live BBB and Google Maps businesses from /find-prospects (already pre-filtered by your onboarding ICP), or upload your own CSV from the dashboard — up to 1,000 rows with columns name and email required.

Compose your first cold email
Open the dashboard compose modal, pick a prospect (or your whole list), and Colder's AI drafts a personalised email referencing their company and title. Spot-check the first 5–10 drafts before sending — because the AI uses your ICP from step 1, the output quality tracks how well you filled out onboarding.
